Senior Center

GCI’s senior program is one of two“comprehensive” senior centers in Kansas Cityas designated by the Mid American RegionalCouncil. This program provided varioussocial development activities including: nutritionservices (congregate and homebound), healtheducation and screenings, social developmentopportunities and other socially supportiveservices to support seniors living healthy andindependently. These services were provided toover 500 seniors during 2008.
